24 years’ service in the Royal Air Force, then 2010 Started Lightning Training Solutions. We currently run with a staff of 2 admin people and 6 trainers delivering training uk wide.

For most of our 14 years we have been delivering training and Health and safety support away from our area in Somerset. This includes First aid, Fire training and etc, however since 2022 we have expanded our operations within Somerset and now we have the ability to deliver training within the local Yeovil area and our client list locally is growing very fast as more people find out about us and the quality of what we deliver to our clients.

Over the last 3 months this has locally seen us set up a range of open courses that are run in Yeovil and as open courses this allows us to delivery to smaller size clients and individuals.

I am passionate that local business should receive the very best in terms of training and support alongside our corporate clients and believe that we are in a excellent position to deliver that presently and in the future.
